At a family day on Killacourt in Newquay Blystra Arts ran an art zone and the Bubble Bike Boogie from Powered Up. Beach Guardian, Newquay Town Team and Squashbox Theatre also provided activities and entertainment.
The Bubble Bikes always draw a crowd and everyone smiles as they walk past and see what's going on and find out where all the bubbles are coming from. The bubbles draw people into the event and parents have a chance to relax while their children run around in the them.
In Bodmin we set up on Mount Folly in the town centre with Into Bodmin. These two chaps were interested in how the equipment worked before they had a go on the bikes. For most of the day the music was powered using a solar charged battery, but we switched over so they could power the bubbles and the music.
